How do I track my order?

Can I return my order?
Yes. You may return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided the product remains unused and in its original condition. Upon receipt of your return, we will process your refund within a few business days.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every ELYQ umbrella comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and mechanical faults under normal use. We build for longevity; should something fail, we will arrange for a repair or replacement.
